My Journey
Welcome to my world! My name is Victoria and I am a passionate yoga meditation teacher and breathwork coach dedicated to spreading the joy of yoga to people of all ages and backgrounds. Born in Germany, I come from a multi-diverse background with a Croatian-born father and mother from Poland. My mission is to create a welcoming and inclusive space where individuals can explore the physical and mental benefits of yoga. I believe that it is my purpose to help others awake to the beauty of their heart and soul to live in purposeful aliveness. With a focus on mindfulness and self-care, I offer a variety of classes and workshops tailored to meet the needs of a diverse community. ​Growing up in a chronically stressed environment and living the hustle-bustle big city life, I know what it means to be under constant stress and how it can negatively impact your health. I have experience what it means to feel burned out from too much functioning and not enough purpose. If you are longing for more energy, balance and happiness you may be onto something here, because I can relate and I'm happy to help you find the way.
​With 5+ years of teaching experience and a lifelong personal yoga practice I describe myself as a knowledgeable and intuitive Yoga teacher. If you are situated in NYC area I can accommodate in-person at my Long Island City home studio or in comfort of your own home. All my offerings can be held on- or offsite.

All of my offerings are based on ancient yoga practices and informed by modern science to provide safe, practical exercises that deliver immediate results. Yoga, Meditation and Breathing has been practiced for thousands of years, but my modern approach demystifies the practices and focuses on real-world science and results. No experience necessary, these practices are accessible to everyone.

Public Classes
Tuesdays 12-1PM
Vinyasa Yoga Level 2 @ Abhaya Yoga Brooklyn, New York
This class provides a full spectrum, upbeat practice to music. The class will move at a steady pace, building internal heat while following the guide of the breath. A class geared to mid/experienced level practitioners.
QUALIFICATIONS
Enrolled in Advanced Teacher Training: Receiving the 500-hr Yoga Teacher Certification in '24
Total of 300-hr Yoga Teacher Training and 5+ years of teaching experience
Noom Health Coach with over +1000 hours of health coaching experience
